**Required courses to be included in the University Curriculum are MA 118 (Introductory Calculus), MA 275 (Biostatistics), two semesters of foreign language, PS 101 (Intro to Psychology).

***PS 236 (Child and Adolescent Development), one semester of American history, and one semester of physical education are required.

  1. This version of the biology major may be exercised only by students successfully completing the Biology BS/Pre-MAT program.
  2. Students who plan to cross-certify as chemistry teachers should take the CHE 210/211 series instead of CHE 201/205, and CHE 315 (biochemistry).
  3. Students must achieve a minimum GPA of 2.25 in their science courses to meet graduation requirements.
