The Graduate Financial Aid office at Quinnipiac is happy to provide you a list of suggested lenders for your student loan needs. A suggested lender makes our list because of their excellent services to our students. Students will receive fee waivers, interest rate reductions or other intrinsic benefits such as electronic funds transfer of their loan proceeds by simply using one of the preferred lenders listed below.
As of Fall 2009 the University has decided to add the Federal "Direct" Loan Program as a lender.
Note: The Federal "Direct" Loan program is administered by the federal government and the "FFEL" program is the traditional student loan program administered by a lender on behalf of the federal government.

Ultimately, choosing a lender for a student loan is up to you. We are confident that by choosing from our recommendations, you will receive exceptional service and competitive rates, terms and fees on your loan. If you would like to use a lender outside of this list, you can indicate your preference on your electronic award letter as "other" and write in the name of the lender you will be using. Please remember that we do not have arrangements with all lenders to process your loans electronically and you may not receive the same benefits. Please be sure to research your lender carefully before making your selection and contract our office to discuss the application process.
For additional details on how we select our lenders, please visit our Code of Conduct page, which provides comprehensive informaiton on the lender selection process.
