Moving on up
U.S. News & World Report, often consulted by prospective law students, recently elevated the School of Law into the third tier in its annual rankings. It now places 125th of the 180 ABA-accredited law schools.

Going courtside
Three School of Law professors who clerked for U.S. Supreme Court justices have some opinions of their own about the future direction of the court as its two newest justices settle in. CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin also weighed in when he visited in the spring.

Getting on board
Graduates of the last decade are re-energizing the law school’s alumni association and comprise the majority on the board. In addition to social events, the group is planning shadowing days, where current students spend time with alumni attorneys willing to share insights about their areas of practice.
