Dave Ross is a daily commentator on the WQUN as part of its affiliation with the CBS Radio Network. As a journalist and pundit, he's covered the reaction among Arabs to Operation Iraqi Freedom, suicide bombings in Jerusalem, the Pope’s historic trips to Great Britain and Argentina, the fall of the Berlin Wall, the revolution in Czechoslovakia, the Yeltsin revolution in Moscow, and the Rodney King riots in Los Angeles. He co-anchored CBS Radio’s coverage of the Bush Inauguration in 2001. Ross won the 2001 Edward R. Murrow Award for Commentary but was unable to accept it. The ceremony was scheduled for Sept. 12 and his flight to Nashville was on Sept. 11. He ended up on assignment in New York City instead. | ![]() |
