Quinnipiac invited Hamden Middle School students to experience college life May 3, 2006. Accompanied by Quinnipiac students, eighth-graders observed classes, toured campus and learned about careers in physical therapy. Ronald Byrd, Hamden Middle School guidance counselor, says, “Most had never been to a university before, and this was a new experience for them.”
