Executive Director: Dale Jasinski
Dale is an associate professor of business and management at Quinnipiac University and has extensive experience in workplace transition and its impact on individuals and organizations. He has also owned and operated his own businesses and served as a consultant to corporations throughout the United States.

Director and Program Manager: Duncan Fletcher
Duncan is charged with overseeing the development of PATI and managing the Life After Hockey program. Duncan has a Masters in Business Administration from Quinnipiac University and a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. He has also recently completed a post-graduate certificate in Elite Performer Development from the University of Victoria, Melbourne.
