BS in Organizational Leadership

Quinnipiac’s bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership prepares you to advance in the real world, with measurable outcomes. You’ll be ready to pursue a professional life that is personally satisfying by:

  • Assuming leadership roles in a full range of organizations, from profit to nonprofit

Meeting with Your Advisor
Once you’ve been accepted into the program, you’ll meet right away with your advisor.
These meetings will cover:

  • An overview of the program and requirements
  • A review of your history and preparedness
  • The creation of an individualized plan for your success
  • Sharing resources and contacts to facilitate your success

Credit for Prior Work
We require incoming students to have at least 60 transferable college credits, but you may transfer or earn as many as 90 credits toward your degree from sources such as:

Courses in the Major
The College of Professional Studies’ degree programs require students to earn 30 credits in their major. In general, these 30 credits will include a mix of required and elective courses.
