Quinnipiac's commercial radio station AM 1220 WQUN offers news, traffic and weather reports and live coverage of Quinnipiac sports and all Boston Red Sox games. The morning show features hundreds of guests every year. Celebrating WQUN's 10th anniversary, Quinnipiac renovated a 1923 center hall colonial on Whitney Avenue in Hamden as the station's new home. General Manager Ray Andrewsen says, "WQUN is old school in a contemporary way."
