The University is developing a new campus on a 104-acre campus in North Haven, Conn., to accommodate its growing number of graduate programs.
Just a short drive from the Mount Carmel Campus, the North Haven Campus will eventually house Quinnipiac University Online and most of the University's graduate programs.
The first building to be renovated opened in Fall 2009. This 180,000-square-foot facility houses graduate students and juniors and seniors in the following School of Health Sciences programs: radiologist assistant, diagnostic imaging, occupational therapy, physical therapy, physician assistant and nursing. The School of Business and the School of Education also hold graduate-level classes in this building.
The University currently leases three other buildings on the campus, but will gain occupancy of these buildings over the next several years, at which time they will be renovated for University use.
Quinnipiac's plans to develop the campus were among the reasons Money magazine gave when it named North Haven as one of the 100 best places to live in the United States.
