Nondegree Study
A student may take as many as 12 credits before being admitted into a program. To qualify for nondegree study, a student should hold a high school diploma or the equivalent. Advanced courses may require prerequisites for registration. Students are encouraged to matriculate as soon as possible to ensure they are well advised regarding course selections.

Undergraduate summer courses
Quinnipiac University Online also offers fully accredited, Internet-based summer courses for full-time and part-time undergraduate students. Students are required to meet prerequisites if they are applicable for a specific course, but do not need to fulfill other admissions requirements to take one course.
