More than 3,000 students live on campus in traditional residence halls, suites, town houses and apartments. The residential life program at Quinnipiac provides a safe, comfortable environment that allows every student to make the most of the college experience. From the moment you move in to your room, you are part of a community that cares for you as an individual – a community that will help you become a self-assured and aware adult, ready for an independent and full life.
Currently freshmen, sophomores and juniors are eligible to live in Quinnipiac housing, providing deposits are paid on time. Seniors live off campus in apartments and condos in the Hamden, North Haven and Wallingford area. Quinnipiac's plans for the nearby York Hill Campus include extensive new suite-style residence buildings, a student center and a parking garage in addition to the TD Banknorth Sports Center, which is already open. Construction is under way so that seniors will be able to request Quinnipiac housing as space becomes available beginning in 2009.
