Campus Residential Areas

More than 3,500 students live in University-owned housing in traditional residence halls, suites, houses and apartments. The residential life program at Quinnipiac provides a safe, comfortable environment that allows every student to make the most of the college experience. From the moment you move in to your room, you are part of a community that cares for you as an individual--a community that will help you become a self-assured and aware adult, ready for an independent and full life.

Currently, freshmen, sophomores and juniors are eligible to live in Quinnipiac housing, providing deposits are paid on time. Housing is available to select seniors at the nearby York Hill Campus. This new campus includes an extensive new apartment-style residence hall and a parking garage in addition to the TD Bank Sports Center. A new student center will open on York Hill in 2010. Many seniors live off-campus in apartments and condos in the Hamden, North Haven and Wallingford area.
