The Ledges is a freshman residence hall located toward the end of Bobcat Way. The building is coed, but rooms, hallways and bathrooms are assigned to a single sex. Bathrooms are located on the hallway and are used by approximately 50 residents. Each room has four loft beds, four desks and four free-standing closets. Each room also has four separate phone and computer lines. The building also has several kitchen and laundry areas.
