Starting this fall, Quinnipiac University Online, a division of Quinnipiac dedicated to providing online college-level courses for graduate students, will offer a master of business administration and a master of business administration in health care management, through the School of Business.

"Quinnipiac University offers quality online programs for individuals who want to pursue their educational goals while managing career and family responsibilities," said Cynthia Gallatin, associate vice president and chief operating officer of Quinnipiac University Online.

The 46-credit School of Business MBA program provides individuals with a broad professional education and acquaints them with the theories, principles and strategies needed for successful careers in business.

Gallatin said the key strengths of Quinnipiac's MBA program are content, flexibility and AACSB accreditation. "It's these factors that enable working adults to be better prepared with the skills necessary to succeed in these challenging economic times."

The master of business administration in health care management program includes critically important core MBA business courses combined with specialized courses that provide a thorough grounding in health care administration.

In addition to the MBA program and the MBA in health care management, the University offers a specialized Chartered Financial Analyst® track option within the MBA program. This track prepares students for achieving the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and helps position them to take their place in the competitive world of finance.

"In this turbulent economy people may have to relocate to pursue job opportunities--and the Quinnipiac University Online classroom allows them to complete their degree regardless of where they live," Gallatin said.
