A Call to Action - a $1 Million Challenge

The economic crisis that is impacting the current national and international economy is also affecting hundreds of Quinnipiac families and students. Because of job losses - 70 percent of Quinnipiac students come from some of the states hit hardest - and a reduction in the student loan market, many students cannot afford their college tuition.

Quinnipiac has responded by increasing the 2009-2010 financial aid budget by $7.5 million in an effort to keep the University accessible to a diverse student body. In these uncertain economic times, Quinnipiac students need your support, too.

We are asking alumni, parents and friends to give now as part of the $1 Million Challenge, an effort to raise money for the Endowed Scholarship Funds. With your help, we can keep students at Quinnipiac, without increasing the burden of student debt.
