Scheduled to open in August 2010, the Village at York Hill will be similar to the Village on the Mount Carmel Campus, the most popular area in University housing. The Village at York Hill will feature 21 apartments, each with three double bedrooms, a full-sized kitchen, a large furnished living room and a bathroom.

Students will have easy access to the TD Bank Sports Center and the Rocky Top Student Center (scheduled for completion in 2010), which will include a cafeteria, study and student organization space, a computer help desk and a fitness center.

Students living in the Village at York Hill will have a 10-month contract from Aug. 1 through May 31 and will be required to purchase a meal plan at a cost of $100 per month. Any unused money will be refunded to the students at the end of the semester.
