QU’s recent graduates look forward to impressive careers in everything from pro basketball to clinical psychology. In fact, according to a recent survey, nearly 80 percent of graduates of QU’s undergraduate programs are employed, and nearly 40 percent are involved in graduate education, within six months of leaving QU.

Here’s a glimpse of some of our recent grads:

Eric Yutzy ’02, BA mass communications, is the weekend sports anchor at WTVF, a CBS affiliate in Nashville. He landed his first TV gig as a reporter for WKEF/WGRT in Dayton, Ohio, just months after graduating QU. After 10 months at WKEF, he beat out 450 applicants for a job at WMGM in Atlantic City.

Jonathan Carlson ’03, BA mass communications, is a TV reporter for KTXL-TV in Sacramento, Cal., who made his national reporting debut on MSNBC, covering Hurricane Charley for WBBH-TV in Fort Myers, Fla., just one year out of college. (He and his colleagues at one point had to evacuate the station during the storm.)

Josh Hrabosky ’01
, BA psychology, is completing his PsyD at Yale University School of Medicine. He recently returned to QU to address the Psychology Club. The topic: “Understanding, Assessing, and Treating Body Image Disturbances.”

Ashlee Kelly ’04, BA criminal justice, is head women’s basketball coach and assistant director for student services at Mercy College. Previously she was a pro basketball player with the Perik Jumpers in Holland for the 2004-05 season.
