Applying for a job at Quinnipiac University

There are six quick steps to apply for a job at Quinnipiac:
1. Go online. View the Quinnipiac University Online Employment System.
2. Search for jobs. You can search for all current openings for regular employment.
3. Create a profile. To create an application, you will be required to establish a profile by entering a unique user name and password of your choosing. (Please save your information to allow you to return to the site at a future date.)
4. Apply. You will be able to apply for any job for which you meet the minimum qualifications. You may be asked several questions and have the ability to add a resume, cover letter or other documents.
5. Manage jobs. Check the status of all jobs for which you have applied, add additional documents, or withdraw your resume. Update and edit your profile at any time by using your username and password.
6. Log in / log out. Make sure to log out every time you leave the site. You will be able to log in again using your user name and password.
