We've Moved!
The Admissions and Financial Aid Offices are now located on the first floor of the Echlin Center. Monday through Friday: please use the Harwood Gate: VISITOR entrance (not the MAIN entrance) and park in the Visitor Lot and come to the new admissions office for all admissions and financial aid appointments and campus tours. If you're just stopping by on a weekend, please enter at the MAIN entrance to park and walk around.
Please use the links found below to access our online appointment calendar. We'll confirm your Open House registration or other appointment with an e-mail. If you find you are not able to keep your appointment, please use the online system to cancel, which frees up that time for another student and family. Thank you!
Open Houses
You will particularly enjoy the chance to get an in-depth view of our academic strengths, student life and attractive campus. FALL 2010 Open Houses for high school seniors, juniors and prospective transfer students will be held on the following Saturdays: Sept. 25, Oct. 16 and Nov. 13.
We recommend that you arrive between 9 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. and plan to spend several hours with us. You'll have a chance to meet and talk with members of the faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences and the Schools of Business, Communications, Education and Health Sciences. You can also meet staff from our various student and academic services areas, including the library, the Learning Center, the Office of International Education, Campus Technology, Student Government, the Department of Residential Life, the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Athletics and Recreation and Student Affairs.
You'll attend a 30-minute presentation about the University presented by a member of the admissions staff, followed by a campus tour. Starting at noon, there are several workshops, demonstrations and information sessions on a variety of majors and topics, and a general session about Division I athletics, intramurals and campus recreation. Those interested in our PT, OT, PA, nursing and diagnostic imaging programs will want to visit the North Haven Campus for faculty presentations on those programs and to see the state-of-the-art facilities. We'll provide a convenient 'grab and go' lunch. Dress casual, and enjoy!
We'll encourage all families to stop by the York Hill Campus, home of the TD Bank Sports Center, new residence halls and "Rocky Top", our new lodge-like student center set to open in August, plus great views! Use our shuttle bus, or it's an easy stop on your way home. You'll receive the full schedule and directions when you register in the morning. The program ends by 3 p.m. Sign up now and we'll send a reminder prior to the event!

Group Information Sessions
Our group information sessions give you the opportunity to learn more about Quinnipiac from one of our staff plus meet other visiting families, and includes a campus tour. Sessions are offered on several weedays during the summer and most Saturday mornings during the fall and spring semesters. Each session, which includes a campus tour, lasts about two hours.
For planning purposes, we'd like to know in advance if you plan to attend. You can easily register for the group information session most convenient for you through our online admissions appointment calendar. You do not need to register for a tour time as the tour is included in the session.
Interviews
Individual interviews (recommended but not required in the admission process) are held Monday through Friday throughout the year (including the summer months) and should be scheduled well in advance. Interviews are conducted by admissions representatives and last approximately one hour.
If you would like to take a tour of the campus on the same day as your interview, we ask that you choose a tour time which immediately follows your interview appointment. Make your reservation now for an interview and/or campus tour through our online admissions appointment calendar. Times are available through the end of August. Fall days/times will be posted later in the summer.
Campus Tours
Campus tours are held Monday through Friday throughout the year and are led by a current Quinnipiac student who will highlight various points of interest throughout campus, including our library, academic buildings, student center and a freshman residence hall. Tours are usually offered every hour on the hour between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., but please check the online calendar to register for a tour time. All tours depart from the admissions reception area (Echlin Center) and last about an hour.
Either before or after your tour of the Mount Carmel Campus, we hope you'll drive the short distance to the York Hill Campus to see the TD Bank Sports Center as well as the site of our new residence halls and student center. You can also sign up for a tour of the North Haven Campus (where classes are held for juniors, seniors and graduate students in physical therapy, occupational therapy, diagnostic imaging, physician assistant and nursing programs). Tours are generally offered Monday through Friday at 3 p.m. in the summer months. You can always come by the campus and follow the 'self-guided tour,' which is provided at the lobby entrance, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Reserve your preferred date and time through our online appointment calendar. If you are planning to come to campus for an individual interview and would like a campus tour as well, be sure to make your interview appointment first, then schedule your tour time to immediately follow your interview.
Please note: A separate appointment for a campus tour is not necessary when registering for a group information session or open house event.
Don't wait until the end of August to visit - as that is our 'move in' for the incoming class and the start of fall classes. Our summer tours/interviews/sessions end Tuesday, Aug. 24. Fall tours begin the week of Aug. 30.
