The Acquisitions and Collection Management Department manages all activities related to the ordering of new books, journals, videos, DVDs and electronic reference products, and the receipt and selection of gifts. Orders are generated from faculty and librarians. The Collection Development Librarian is responsible for the overall balance and currency of the collection. The department maintains financial data and statistics on the new acquisitions, collection size and circulation use. Book repair is the responsibility of this department. The library uses the Innovative Interfaces system.
