Be among the first Bobcats to live in our newest residence hall — The Grove

  • We are excited to offer you a home in our brand new residence hall, The Grove!

  • The Grove is amazing! It includes gathering spaces, lounges and an outdoor courtyard purposefully designed to help build community and provide support from peer mentors, faculty affiliates, resident assistants, a residence hall director and a live-in faculty fellow.

  • Additionally, first-year students living in The Grove will receive a peer mentor, who will get to take a course together and will work together throughout the year on a community project/big idea. There is no extra fee to live in The Grove. Sign your housing contract today, and apply to live in The Grove.

  • Learn more about why the faculty fellow in residence is excited about The Grove — and how it will serve as a foundation to give back and problem-solve issues with local communities.

Make a Living-Learning Community your home

  • You may also apply to live in a Living-Learning Community (LLC). The LLCs are located in other first-year residence halls and offer students the opportunity to work with a faculty member and a dedicated resident assistant to develop skills and friendships with other students who share similar interests and/or identities.

  • You will be engaged with a variety of activities, discussions and programs. Students who join LLCs are more engaged with faculty and peers, feel a stronger sense of connection with the university and typically have higher GPAs and graduation rates.

  • There are no additional fees for joining an LLC. Please note: The Grove does not include an LLC. Sign your housing contract today, and apply to live in an LLC.
