The Quinnipiac University Center for Interprofessional Healthcare Education is proud to host this networking summit, bringing together college and university faculty in an effort to create a resource bank of evidence-based literature that supports interprofessional healthcare education and generates endless ideas and solutions to amp up your IPE curriculum.
Through this one-day, in person event on our North Haven Campus, you will forge deep relationships with colleagues in the field and better understand how to develop curriculum for students to meet accreditation standards in interprofessional healthcare education, specifically the IPEC Core Competencies as well as common terminology.
This event will be conducted in a networking format so participants can learn with, by, from and beside each other regarding best practices in curriculum design. Participants who complete this workshop will receive a letter of participation and may also qualify for a micro-credential awarded by Quinnipiac University.

Micro-credentials are flexible and versatile, designed and delivered in an accelerated format by our experienced faculty and industry thought leaders who understand critical shortages and skills gaps.
All students who complete a micro-credential associated with academic credit or co-curricular experiences will receive a designation on their transcript and a digital badge through Credly. Micro-credential earners are encouraged to share their achievements on resumes, social media platforms and e-portfolios.
Learners can begin their pursuit of micro-credentials at any level; individuals who are new to the field are best suited for Participation or Level I badges, whereas experienced professionals might be more interested in advanced Level III Badges or Level IV Certifications.
